To publish content on Thuziak, you must apply for a writer account. Approval is at the sole discretion of our administrative team. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Content Guidelines

All content published on Thuziak must be original work. You retain ownership of your content but grant Thuziak a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your articles on the Platform. Content that is offensive, plagiarized, defamatory, or violates any law is strictly prohibited and will be removed.

4. Intellectual Property

The Thuziak name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Thuziak and may not be reproduced without permission. Writers retain full copyright of their articles.

5. Account Termination

Thuziak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in spam, or publishes content deemed harmful to the community.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thuziak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
